My sessions are around 45 minutes and can be taken weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. In these sessions together we identify your goals and how you aim to achieve them, if you struggle to reach your goals or you face any barriers we can discuss in more depth, using certain tools and methods to help identify the issues which prevents change and growth.
The important thing to remember is you are in control of each session and we can discuss topics of your choice, this is a proven way to empower you and create motivation for you to be able to make long term changes to your health.
